The J.W. Ross Cultural Arts Center/Library is located on Ocean Avenue and River Street at the entrance to the beach in Downtown Sea Bright.
A small, friendly library which welcomes residents as well as travelers to its facilities.
Offering a variety of services: faxing, copying, computer access, artist's exhibits, as well as the most recent bestsellers and DVD's.
The library is a WIRELESS HOTSPOT.
